Cousin Lorenzo's Pizza Peel makes it safer to transport pizza into or out of the hot oven or grill. Made from sturdy aluminum, the 12" wide x 14" long paddle is sturdy and durable with ample space to hold larger pizzas. Crafted from cottonwood, the 19-inch long handle stays cool to the touch and keeps hands and arms at a safe distance from heat to help eliminate dangerous burns. It's also great for transferring loaves of artisan breads, rolls, biscuits, flatbreads, casserole and baking dishes, and more to and from the oven.
Easy to use. Simply connect the handle and sprinkle the paddle's surface with cornmeal or flour to prevent dough from sticking. Slide the front beveled edge of the paddle under the constructed pizza then off again and into the hot oven or grill. Once pizza is cooked, slide the paddle back under the pizza and carefully remove it from the oven.
Made from FDA-approved aluminum and FSC-sourced cottonwood, Cousin Lorenao's Pizza Peel is sturdy and durable, and disassembles for easy cleaning and more compact storage. Hand wash, dry thoroughly.
