The unique adjustable filter allows at-home baristas and coffee enthusiasts to make perfect espresso without swapping espresso pots for the right-size brew. Simply raise the bottom of the filter up then twist to lock it in place to brew 3 servings or, lower the base down for 6 servings. The same pot adjusts for 3 or 6 servings on the fly. It's so easy to use. Simply separate the top from the base. Fill base with fresh water to just below the pressure valve. Adjust the funnel capacity and spoon in coarsely ground coffee, without tamping or packing it. Reattach the top and base and set on a medium-low heat. Once coffee begins to bubble (about 4 minutes), remove from heat and allow the pot to finish brewing. Complete instructions are included. Works on gas and electric stoves and disassembles for easy cleaning. Made from heavyweight aluminum, so heat transfers evenly, with a stay-cool comfort handle and knob, and no-drip spout.
